It’s officially summer! Which means we’re looking forward to an entire season of delicious, fresh food.┬áPicnic weather calls for sharable goodies you can whip up in a flash and enjoy in good company. If you’re looking for a good recipe to try, our No-Bake Cherry Cream Cheese Pie is a decadent treat that features tart cherries at their peak season. This recipe makes one 9-inch pie.

You can substitute strawberry pie filling if you prefer.

1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk

1/3 cup lemon juice

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 (21 ounce) can cherry pie filling


  1. Place softened cream cheese in a mixing bowl; add condensed milk, lemon juice, and vanilla. Beat until well blended.
  2. Pour mixture into the pie crust. Chill for 5 hours. DO NOT FREEZE!!!
  3. Pour cherry pie filling on top of pie. Serve.
